Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park Registration & Arrival Information Check-In Procedure Check-In: 3:00 PM (flexible when available) Check-Out: 11:00 AM All reservations must be booked online through our website. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive your gate access code. Arrival Instructions (Important) Step 1 – Office Check-In (Required First): All guests must first check in at the main office located at: 17989 Corkill Rd, Desert Hot Springs, CA The office is located outside of the community, next to the clubhouse and pool Look for the BLUE door **Look for signs for Paradise Tiny Home Community** Step 2 – Enter the Community: After check-in, proceed to the community gate entrance located on 18th Ave ****Enter using Gate Code: 2586**** Follow signs to your assigned space Important: This is a private gated community. Access is only permitted after completing check-in at the office. While we do our best to accommodate specific site requests, final placement is determined by on-site management. Community Access Codes Gate Code: 2586 Pool / Clubhouse Code: 1978 Community Guidelines Quiet Hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please be respectful to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Trash Disposal Dispose of all trash in designated bins No large or bulk item dumping Violations may result in additional fees Speed Limit 10 MPH throughout the community 1st offense: Verbal warning 2nd offense: Written warning 3rd offense: Removal from property Pet Rules Pets must be on a leash at all times Do not leave pets unattended outside Do not tie pets to trees or structures Clean up after your pets immediately Pet Policy: 1 domestic pet included Maximum of 3 pets (additional fees apply) $50 fine for: Off-leash pets Not cleaning up after pets Pets on landscaped/green areas A small dog park is available onsite Vehicle & RV Requirements Proof of registration and/or title required at check-in Travel trailers must be self-contained with restroom facilities Disclaimer Policies are set and enforced by Paradise Tiny Home Community & RV Park and are subject to change at any time.
